Our fees will depend on the complexity of the Wills which are prepared and we will discuss the level of fees during our initial meeting once it becomes clear what type of Will you require. We also offer the excellent discounted rates below when clients are putting in place mirror Wills, Powers of Attorney, or both of these deeds at the same time. Please note we charge £50 plus VAT if a house visit is required for a Will or Power of Attorney. For guidance our fees are:

Our fees are calculated on an hourly rate of £275 + VAT per hour and we will normally render a fee every three months for the work done in that period. This means that you only pay for the work which is actually done and are not charged a percentage of the value of assets irrespective of the cost of encashing, selling or transferring them. Our files are fee’d up by an independent Law Accountant so that you can be sure that the fee is a fair reflection of the work done.
